ในชีวิตของเราต้องมีความเพียรที่จะนั่งธรรมะให้ยิ่ง ๆ ขึ้นไป สมัยก่อน ยายยังไม่เห็นธรรมะ ก็พยายามนึกทั้งเดิน และนั่ง พอทำไป ทำไป ใจก็หยุด เข้าถึงธรรมได้ การเข้าถึงธรรมะนี่แหละ เป็นหน้าที่ที่สำคัญที่สุด

58. THE MOST IMPORTANT DUTY
Our perseverance in meditation should grow stronger every single day of our lives. Before I attained Dhamma19, I kept myself mentally focused at all times, whether I was sitting, walking or doing anything else. Soon my mind would become still and I achieved my attainment. Attaining Dhamma is our most important task.

景重要的音铽
我们一生当中，要勤于静坐。
以前，奶奶还未入证法身。
那时候，奶奶无论是走着或坐着， 都竭力将心静定，当心渐定下来后， 最后终会彻底地静定，随之便能入证了 0 入证法身就是我们最重要的责务。
