137) อดทน และปรับปรุง
เราอุตส่าห์เสียสละทุกอย่างมาแล้ว เพื่อมาสร้างบารมี มาสร้างความดี ต้องอดทน ใครจะว่าอะไรก็อดทน พยายามปรับปรุงแก้ไขตนเองให้ดี ดูอย่างยาย พยายามตรวจตรา แก้ไขตัวเอง ให้เหมาะกับเหตุการณ์ ให้สร้างบารมีได้สะดวกที่สุด ภพชาตินี้เราต้องพยายามอดทน ปรับปรุงแก้ไขให้ดี ให้มีแต่สิ่งที่ดี ๆ ติดตัวไป ถ้าภพชาตินี้แก้ไขได้ ภพชาติต่อ ๆ ไป ก็มีแต่ที่ดี ๆ ตลอดไป แต่ถ้าแก้ไขไม่ได้ ก็ต้องติดไปแก้ภพชาติต่อไป อย่างนี้ไม่ดีเพราะฉะนั้นต้องแก้ไขปรับปรุงตัวเองให้ดีที่สุด

137. IMPROVE
We have sacrificed many things in order to pursue Perfections and to perform good deeds. So keep your tolerance, and be patient with the naysayers.
Always strive to improve yourself. Examine yourself and make improvements where you see flaws. The self improvements you make in this lifetime will benefit you in your future lifetimes. If you cannot correct your shortcomings in this lifetime, you will have to keep correcting them again in future lifetimes.
Putting improvements off to the next life is not the right attitude. Change for the better now.

包容和故善

包容和故善
我们既然已舍弃了身边的所有事务而进寺院来行 善，修波罗蜜，就必须要有包容的胸怀。能包容他人 的言语，尽量努力改善和调整好自己。就像奶奶一 样，为了适应当时的环境，更方便和顺利的修波罗
蜜，时时检讨自己并改正过失。
今生我们要包容与忍耐、调整和改善自己，让那 些善的、好的跟随着我们。如果今生能改善好来世， 那么来世将只会遇上幸福好运。如果改善不了，就必
须等到来世再解决与改善。这样不好，不知来世是否 有机会。因此我们必须在今生积极改善自己，而且要 尽力做到最好。
